50/50 Raffle 2022

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #133756

    1 for $5.00; 600 tickets
    5 for $20.00; 600 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $2,700.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: June 30, 2022 at 2:30:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: June 30, 2022 at 3:00:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw will be held at Kamloops and District Elizabeth Fry Society, #500B-235 1st Avenue, Kamloops BC, V2C 3J4.,

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://kdefs.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 30, 2022.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Kamloops & District Elizabeth Fry Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Kamloops & District Elizabeth Fry Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Kamloops & District Elizabeth Fry Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Cause

The Kamloops and District Elizabeth Fry Society is a non-profit society providing services to people who are, or could be, in conflict with the law, with an emphasis on the needs of women and youth. The society provides education, advocacy, capacity building and safe, secure, affordable housing within an environment of respect for each person’s right to self-determination and freedom from discrimination. For over 40 years, the Elizabeth Fry Society has worked to improve the lives of women and families in our community. Kamloops EFry strives to provide practical solutions that respond to the immediate needs of women and youth with the goal of reconnecting people to their community. Our carefully developed and modified programs focus on addressing the specific needs in Kamloops by promoting positive attitudes, and fair and equitable practices. As a non-profit society, we rely on the generosity of our volunteers and donors. The 50/50 raffle is a great opportunity for community members to not only enter to win the jackpot prize, but to support pivotal programs in their community. Thank you Kamloops!
